Wealth Will Come to You

Meditation for Prosperity

Riches come in many forms, from having a bright & cozy home, to being in fulfilling relationships with all your loved ones, to being steeped in an abundant and rewarding spiritual practice. The beauty is that you have the power to define exactly what "wealthy" means to you, in all it's variations, and then go about manifesting it through hard work, smart choices and affirming your priorities. This dynamic and uplifting meditation is a powerful tool to keep you on track with your dreams and to draw them to you.

Ally leads you in this Prosperity Meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, who said this about it: "This movement stimulates the mind, the moon center and the Jupiter fingers. When Jupiter and moon come together, there is no way in the world you will not make wealth. Wealth will come to you. Not just money -- wealth. It's all in you. It's not outside of you."  It is recommended that you do the meditation for 11 minutes (but no more than 11 minutes) every day for a minimum of 40 days to really get the cosmic juices flowing.

I did not get to see the video of the meditation. What is the name of the kriya, so I would be able to check it otherwise?

Although we do this meditation as a group once a week, I need to step it up to the 40 days. Thanks for the reminder

Love Ally and this meditation. It's simple for those of us who are beginners.

Ally, please tell me, is it Ha we say during the meditation or Hut. Trying to be precise.

What can we expect doing this for forty days? So far, I'm broke.
On day 7. I do it in a chair, bare feet on floor, looking at my computer (I mean my eyes are closed, etc). Thanks

Suzanne, the word is "Har" and when you pronounce the "r" sound you bring your tongue up to the front palette of your mouth, making more of a "d" sound, so it sounds like "Hud." As for when it starts working--this is a meditation that brings vastness and creativity. Meditations work from within, so that you manifest what is in your destiny. Timing is never predictable and much depends on how receptive you are to change and how courageous you are in making changes in your life. Listen to what comes up inside and let go of fear. Keep up. You'll be guided.

Love It Love It! I have been doing Kundalini for 6 years and I know it's power! The FIRE is the FORCE to FUEL the CREATIVITY!

Hi, thanks for this lovely meditation. Are there going to be any more? Thanks p xxx

Hi, I've started practicing this meditation for the past couple of weeks. I started practicing this meditation today when my 2 year old was in the room but she was doing her own thing. Five minutes later she joined me on the mat and sat crossed legged
and started the meditation, sounds and hand movements. It made me stop and smile at her. Beautiful. xxxx

There is no video on my page as I am looking at it...is there a PDF file I can download? This site is a gift. Thank you so much.

The video may just be downloading slowly. If you leave it for a few minutes or refresh your page it may come up. The PDF for the meditation is on the page. I've just made it more prominent, as it was at the very bottom. It's called "Wealth Will Come to
You." Glad you like the site!

Is this video enough time for the full prosperity meditation? Once again, is it the right thumb Under the left? Difficult to understand whether she's saying "on" or "under." Just rechecking for accuracy. Thanks. Ally has a lovely manner as a teacher.

This prosperity meditation is so powerful that Yogi Bhajan suggests doing it for only 3 minutes if you are employed; practice 11 minutes (but no longer than) if you are unemployed. The key to the hand position is that you are striking the sides of the
hands, contacting the pinkies and sides of palms when the palms are face up and then striking the sides of the index fingers together when palms are down. The thumbs will naturally tuck out of the way as you strike the sides of the index fingers. Alternate
these two positions, striking hard at a rate of about 1 strike per second. Chant Har with each strike of the hands, pulling slightly on the navel and touching the tip of the tongue to the upper palate just above the teeth.

Why do you hold your breath please? (I'm new to this.)

Anonymous commented on 14-Dec-2011 09:15 AM3 out of 5 stars

Sat Nam all...thanks for the great questions about the meditation. There is no holding of the breath in this meditation. As you chant Har your breath will have a natural rhythm (assisted by pulling the navel point). So you don't need to think about the
breath. We recommend you download the PDF description (see above) to read the details of practicing this meditation as well. Blessings to all - Yogamint Editor

Hi, I've been doing this meditation every day for approx. 170 days ( since 7/25/11) - I haven't seen any increase in my income/wealth as yet. I've also been doing dasvandh and gurudakshina. is there a certain time frame in which most people see some kind
of a positive change in their lives? I've promised to myself to do this meditation for 1000 days... but so far, it has been a bit disappointing.

Anonymous commented on 18-Feb-2012 08:31 AM3 out of 5 stars

I've done this meditation with the video (no more or less) faithfully for over 40 days. I skipped two. Must I start over again? I am still broke and still in dire financial circumstances. What am I doing wrong?

The Yogamint Crew commented on 18-Feb-2012 10:01 AM3 out of 5 stars

To all of you who are practicing this meditation (or any prosperity technology) - we applaud you for your dedication and commitment. These times of change are powerfully challenging us (as yogis) to transcend the material into the realms of the spirit.
How has doing this meditation affected your life in general? Has it taught you to "keep up" in the face of many tests and helped you deepen your relationship with your soul? These are the seeds of a truly prosperous life. As you welcome the abundance of your
spirit and learn to rely on the Divine to guide you in all ways, you will experience that Wealth (in all its many forms) is coming to your right now. We urge you to keep going, to deepen the friendship with yourself as you set aside a time each day to meditate.
Keep a journal, write down your fears and hopes and you will begin to notice the ways that this yogic practice can subtly align you with the Divine purpose. Keep up and you will be kept up! --Blessings from the Yogamint Crew

Thank you...just so I'm not alone in this practice

I'm reading the biography of one of the world's greatest explorers, Sir Richard Burton, (He and John Speke, two Englishmen found the source of the Nile) a great, great human practiced Kundalini yoga. Wow! That makes me want to keep up this practice....
