The Cool Factor

Watermelon Mint Refresher & Meditation for Emotional Balance

If it's hot, or if it's not, staying hydrated is key to being physically and emotionally healthy. To stay cool, inside and out, Melissa gives you some tips about various varieties of melons and blends up a refreshing after-workout, or "anytime" watermelon mint frappe. Camilla leads you in an easy-to-do yoga exercise to support the kidneys and a meditation to relief emotional distress.
