Thanks to Me - N

No can be said in many different ways and it's not always pretty, but when you need to do it, it’s the only way you can preserve you as you. It’s also true that if you keep saying, “Yes” to the best of you, to your highest aspirations, more and more you’ll find that the environments around you will transform, new and graciously positive people will show up in your life, because you’re attracting what’s in alignment and true for you. When that happens then no more “No” is needed.

We used to do a fun meditation with kids. They would turn their head left and say "No" and then to the right and say "No." We did it for a few minutes and then switch to saying "Yes." A couple of very tiny words...yet so powerful! Thanks for all your sharing...really enjoying your coaching and inspiration!

This advice is not just for people who are just starting our on a conscious/spiritual path, it's an ongoing process that I have found evolves as you do. The more we love ourselves, the more we only attract and bring into our lives those experiences and people that help us flourish. Thanks for your words of wisdom.
