It's what you do with them, that makes the difference between a happy, flowing life that moves you forward and one that leaves you stuck in the past lost, hurt, angry and in regret. This elevating kriya brings the left and right hemispheres of the brain into balance and allows you to process and let go of the past, so that you can create new and positive ways to move ahead. Practice for 11-31 minutes per day.
