A Conversation with Camilla Granasen
When you practice yoga on a regular basis your eating habits will inevitably change. What you eat, how you eat and when you eat it will all shift. Doing yoga on a full stomach or eating heavy, hard-to-digest foods makes not only the physical practice of yoga difficult, you will find it harder to focus and to relax sufficiently to experience yoga's benefits fully. Camilla Granasen, Yogamint's Food & Flow Kundalini Yoga Instructor, shares her thoughts on the subject, as well as how she experiences the vibrational shift from before to after a yoga class.
