Miracle of the Breath - Part 2

When you learn to control your breathing you have the capacity to direct your mind, improve your physical health and calm your emotional state. And, the beauty of it is, that we all have to breathe. With a bit of effort and regular practice, you can deepen your breathing, providing you the ability to transform your thoughts from negative into positive ones.
