I tried to view the video, but it says it's a private video and that I need to accept the friend's request in order to view. :(

I love yoga because it inspires me to be who I AM. It resonates with every atom of my being and beyond! It has taken me away from the Drama of life, and elevated me to living life!

I love yoga because it reaffirms and challenges my understanding of our universe! I love yoga because it cannot be pinned down to one definition! And I derive joy from that.

I love yoga because it keeps me healthy in every way and reminds me not to take myself too seriously. But I especially love it because no matter how hard I try to deny it, Yoga gets in my face and reminds me that the me I think I am is not the ME I really am.

I love yoga because of the experiences it gives, like chanting "waheguru" while walking around with my eyes closed for three hours, then feeling completely absorbed in god afterward. And Dev Atma, he is beautiful :)

I love yoga because yoga loves me. Yoga is the path and our bodies are the vehicle, while the mind is the driver that leads us to the wonderful journey of enlightenment and self purification and nourishes the soul and spirit for the the life hereafter. ~~Namaste

I love yoga because it has allowed me to open my heart to the universe with love and compassion. It has taught me to love myself as the universe created me.
