You are the World

Affirm Your Uniqueness

You are unique in all the universe, like a diamond with multiple facets. Maybe you’re the best cook in the family or you starred on the local soccer team or got all A’s in Algebra and Trig. So often we ignore or downplay our talents and achievements and instead dwell on where we don’t measure up, where we think we fail.

You are not inadequate or limited by any of the negative scripts you may hear in your head when you’re feeling down. You are part of the Infinite! Here’s a 3-minute exercise to remind you of how amazing you are: Sit down, close your eyes and breathe. Let the world disappear around you. Visualize your heart center (fourth chakra) as a white light of energy. For 1 minute say aloud, “I am bountiful. I am blissful. I am beautiful.” Whisper for 1 minute, then silent for 1 minute. Inhale and enjoy your bliss!
