Make Your Dreams Reality

When you set a goal, you project your thoughts into the future. In reality, a goal finds fulfillment through actions taken in both time and space. When faced with a specific timeline for a goal, you can pressurize the dynamic and lose your momentum (we’ve all tried losing weight or making resolutions only to have our intentions fizzle out after a relatively short time).

How can you keep moving toward your goals? First, stay focused on the original inspiration. One idea: Create a visioning board with pictures and affirmations to help you see the goal in your mind’s eye. Tell your friends and loved ones your dreams! Next, recognize that the innumerable little decisions you make every day offer the opportunity to feed that primal spark of energy. Maintain the forward movement toward your goals--eventually results will come. Most importantly, celebrate all of your achievements big and small. Keep up and you will be kept up!
