Dreaming Big
Realize Your Heart's Desire

Poet Robert Browning asked: “Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp, or what's a heaven for?” So, how big are your dreams? Even though sticking your neck out there, daring to dream big and taking risks can lead to setbacks, you have to trust your dreams to achieve what you’re passionate about. By contracting and holding on to old beliefs, you restrict the vast creative spirit within you. Believe in your dreams and pursue them—they are a vital part of what makes you uniquely you!
Dreaming your life requires taking action. For 40 days, commit to focusing on your goals. Do a powerful yoga set, then sit quietly and follow your breath for 5 minutes as you listen to your inner voice. Take a few minutes to write down any thoughts or feelings that arise. Highlight any words that seem to catch your eye…this is what you are dreaming right now in your life. Begin to take small steps every day to embody your heart’s desire and you will soon see your dreams turn into reality.
