Barefoot in the Grass

Take it to the Lawn

There’s nothing like walking barefoot on a cool patch of green grass. That’s because your feet are the endpoints for all the nerves in your body, just waiting to soak up the prana in the living carpet of lawn. A quick shedding of your shoes and socks will give you permission to rejuvenate your entire body…just like a good massage. It’s not usually difficult to find a place to enjoy nature’s gift to your soles and your soul, even if you live in the heart of the city.

Next time a grassy park or your fresh-mown lawn beckons you, don’t pass up the chance to give yourself a quick lift. Close your eyes and pretend you are a kid out of school. The negative ions will make you feel good, and you’ll also get a lift to your spirits when you shake off the shackles and dance a little dance!
