'Tis the Season

Tarot for the Holidays

Welcome to the holidays—a time to move through a number of unique experiences. The tarot reading for December/January brings the 3 of Wands/Fire to remind you to be fully open to novel experiences and to allow yourself to feel the tingling excitement of something electrifying coming into your life!

During this holy time of year, try not get caught up in too many things. The 9 of Wands/Fire moves at its own pace and cannot be rushed. Instead, let your mind relax and go with the energy instead of controlling it.

Loving expressions with your intimate beloved are supported by the Ace of Cups/Water. Stay open and allow the waters of love to caress and nurture both you and your lover’s souls. Your cup is overflowing with the richness of pure unconditional love – enjoy it to the fullest.

The Hanged Man pushes you to let go of old attachments around how your family affects you and your life. Begin to see them with new eyes as you shed your familial skin and begin again with love, compassion and forgiveness. Release and rejoice.

Time spent with friends will bring you nurturing and support as you continue to learn the art of being patient. The 7 of Pentacles/Earth offers a time to focus on whatever you want to nurture and grow in your life. Again, just be with it all and enjoy the gift of good friendships.

The main message for you is to simply BE. By nurturing yourself and others, while letting go of co-dependent behaviors, your Spirit will find its flow in this season of joy.

I cannot say how comforting this particular article was - perhaps it's the time of year or the time of life, but the advice was spot on. I've copied it and will be carrying it around with me all month! Thanks so much for caring enough about your readers
to provide these peace of mind moments.

Thank you for your comment. Sometimes, what need to hear is not the same as what we want to hear. However, it proves beneficial and truly comforting in the end. Enjoy your Holidays!-Paula
