Watch Your Mouth
What You Say Happens

In Physics and Cognitive Science, there are innumerable examples that show how the subjectivity— that is, the point of view— of an experiment’s observer influences the outcome of the experiment. This is an example of what the yogis call “vox siddhi.”
Vox Siddhi literally means the mystic power of the voice, and the concept is that you create your own reality by the way you speak, and even think, about your world. Just think of that co-worker you don’t get along with very well. You may think they’re lazy and self-centered. But notice that every time you pass this person, those thoughts automatically enter the mind. It’s not necessarily true, though, since those thoughts occur first and are then cloaked by the mind in language that affects your perception. This is what makes the stillness experienced in meditation so important. It becomes a method of de-cloaking your thoughts (and re-naming them more accurately). With the ensuing clarity, you re-train ingrained perceptions and communicate so that your words are more true, more uplifting, and in the end, more effective.

Energy flows where attention goes! Outer and inner words will manifest your reality for sure.
Good reminder! Thanks.

How blessed we are for this gentle reminder...thank you!
Just today I was thinking of the power of 'breath' and how breath plus loving kindness rocks! With one breath and a positive ( let it be..all is well) kind of thought our worlds indeed instantly become greater.... more expansive...fearless......and perfectly calm....
Why the hell did it take me so long to realize this......OOPS! that was a tad negative! (haha). Consciousness comes exactly when it is meant to ..not before or after......but right on time! Sending you ALL love and aloha! Be well you perfect , lovable beings!!!!!!
Warmly
