Own Your Aura
Lion's Claw Breath

It’s no longer the stuff of etheric New Age types. Science has concluded, by measuring the electromagnetic frequencies surrounding the body, that you do, in fact, have an aura.
To experience it, practice Lion's Paw Kriya: curl your hands, tighten the fingers and hold the arms out to the sides, parallel to the floor, with the palms up. Inhale moving the arms up from this position and exhale crisscrossing them over your head, palms facing down with elbows bent slightly. Return to the original position and again exhale. Continue quickly and rhythmically for three minutes, punctuating each exhale with a tug at the navel. To end, inhale deeply with the arms in an arc six inches above the head and hold for a few seconds. Relax the arms down and visualize a powerful force field radiating from your Heart Center. Consciously extend your awareness. Expand your magnetic field and you will find your energy increasing, your confidence growing and your prosperity blooming.

Too complicated for me. Is there any video?
We'd love to have a video--but don't at this time. Maybe I can simplify the instructions: Bring your arms straight out to the sides. Curl the hands into a "claw" & tense the fingers. Inhale and lift your arms up, arcing them above your head, palms facing down. Exhale and bring the arms back to the parallel position. Continue at a vigorous pace, pulling at the navel with each exhale. After 3 minutes, inhale, hold the hands 6 inches above the head and stretch the spine. Exhale, relax and circulate the energy.
Hope that helps!
I agree... lets see a video!!
Yogamint Crew instructions made it even more confusing. article said to curl and tighten fingers , Crew said to straighten them.
Okay, we've redone the instructions to read "curl the hands," as that is correct--as if into a "claw" position. As for the video--again, can't guarantee, but maybe in the future we can do short clips to demonstrate the more complicated movements or provide a pdf file with a drawing. Will work on it. Thanks for the input. Helps us do better.
