Scrambled Tofu

Protein, veggies and a whole lot more--that'll get you off to a great start in the morning! Tofu Scramble can be made a thousand different ways. Here's a good basic recipe. You can add zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes or spice it up with some chili flakes or fresh jalapenos. Go wild or mild, the options are endless. Demonstrated by Julie Hasson.
