A Sweet and Spicy Immune Booster

If it’s not already chilly where you live, it will be soon! The standard routine for dealing with the shift in temperature is drinking orange juice, because the vitamin C helps keep the bugs at bay. There are many different remedies for warding off colds & flu--most important is to keep your immune system strong on a regular basis. If you'd like to give the garlic a go, try eating applesauce or yogurt beforehand and then 1/4 piece of garlic in the nut butter. There are also garlic tablets, that are less intense on the stomach.
