White Knights to the Rescue

Visualization for Immune Support

These days your immune system is busy. This is partly because of the pollutants in the air, water and food, and partly because we are so hyper-aware of toxins, viruses, and bacteria. One way to call up reinforcements and help stimulate the immune system is to redirect your awareness with visualization.

To quickly and easily boost your immune response, just sit quietly and breathe long, slow and deep. Imagine your white blood cells as White Knights, roving through your blood stream and vanquishing all the agents of dis-ease. See them entering any organ or bodily system that is distressed, destroying disease, bacteria, and viruses, then repairing and rebuilding the area. Breathe long and slow. Picture your breath empowering your White Knights as they do their job. Spend 3-11 minutes, going around the whole body. End with 2-3 deep breaths, holding the last breath a moment, feeling your strength and vitality. Finish by thanking your Knights for bring peace to the land.
